Rose Sokolova is a sustainability advocate in Aviation and Advanced Air Mobility. Rose had the honour to work for Japan Airlines event in Osaka, Dubai Airport training at DXB Launchpad, YouTube Content Creator events on Public Acceptance of eVTOLs, Volocopter Versailles live demo during Olympics, Passenger Terminal Expo with over 10,000 Airport Decision Makers in attendance, Up Summit 2024, Untamed Arabia adventure film series for top-tier platforms alongside BBC, Discovery, Amazon and Netflix, sharing stories from The United Arab Emirates, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and The Sultanate of Oman, focusing on alternative energy and autonomous travel, aligning with global brands committed to sustainability. ​​
With over 15 years of experience implementing multi-faceted productions from conception to delivery, Rose was at the forefront of dozens of events, leading over 150 aviation summits, networking, exhibitions and training events for the world's leading airports, airlines, and suppliers.

Rose worked for over a year running Coldplay concerts, JayZ and Girls Aloud at the Lancashire Cricket Club (around 2,000+ people). Prior to that, Rose was Chief Operating Officer at AIRTAXI World Congress from 2019 until 2024 in London, Istanbul and San Francisco; Airport Drone Protection Summit from 2018 until 2024 and 7 aviation training events per year such as Ground Handling, Resource Management, Airport Sales and Marketing, Maximizing Airport Revenues, A-CDM and TAM (Airport Collaborative Decision Making), Advanced Airport Operations on annual basis.
Rose produces variety of events including Summits and conferences / Music Events / Training / Brand Activations / Experiential Campaigns / Press Events etc. I help create leading Event Programmes with Top Expert Speakers, Source Venues, Hospitality, Exclusive Experience for Reception, Afterparties including transport, hospitality, entertainment and event production.

Nadia is passionate about shaping the next era of aviation—where technology, sustainability, and connectivity converge. With a strong academic foundation in air transport and industry-focused professional background across global markets, Nadia is a recognised aviation advocate.

She is currently serving as Director of Air Service World and Partner Director at The AIr Mobility Show. Nadia’s career reflects a strong understanding of the aviation ecosystem, from legacy operations to emerging innovations like eVTOL and multimodal transport solutions.

Amad has collaborated on an AI-enabled Urban Air Mobility (UAM) research project under OPEN AAM ORG and served as a technical mentor to Arizona State University research students developing an Air Mobility Management solution for their sponsor, Honeywell.
He has led cloud adoption initiatives for Eurocontrol, accelerating their digital transformation and enhancing operational agility. Additionally, he has orchestrated hybrid cloud strategies for global enterprises, resulting in significant cost savings and improved system resilience.
